ELECTRIC SERVICE

Electric power is provided exclusively by Duke Energy and is individually metered in all cases. We highly recommend service be initiated on your closing date, as the connection of electric and maintenance of temperature inside your unit is critical. Failure to maintain proper temperature inside the unit will create an environment conducive to the growth of toxic molds and other organic substances, which could severely damage your unit and adjoining units. You will be asked by Duke Energy to provide your name, ownership information, service address, mailing address, and home and work phone numbers. You will be assessed a one time charge of $28.00 and, depending on your credit history, may be asked for a refundable deposit.


GAS SERVICE

TECO-Peoples Gas provides natural gas. We suggest you contact the company early to request service be initiated on the date of your closing. A connection fee in the amount of $35.00 will be charged and a deposit will likely be required. You will be asked to provide TECO with your name, address and driver’s license/passport number. A representative must be present at the time of service initiation to allow access to ensure no gas leaks are present. Note: Natural gas is not present in the following communities: Villas at Reunion Square, Centre Court Ridge, Reunion Grande, Patriots Landing & Terraces.


WATER & SEWER SERVICE

Water and sewer services are provided by Toho and are metered individually in most cases. You will be asked to provide a copy of your sales contract or settlement statement, driver’s license number, and social security number and/or copy of your passport. A deposit will likely be required. Note: Water and sewer service for the following communities are included in the monthly homeowners’ association maintenance fees and do not require connection: Villas at Reunion Square, Centre Court Ridge, Seven Eagles, Terraces and Reunion Grande.


TELEPHONE SERVICE

CenturyLink provides telephone service. Telephone service can be bundled with high-speed internet options as well as additional calling and messaging features. You will be asked to provide your name, current telephone number (if applicable), property address, billing address, date of employment and telephone number, social security number/passport information, and type of service requested along with the number of phone lines. Note: Owners who have placed their unit into the Reunion Rental Program, the Rental Management team will handle the connection of the phone service pursuant to the Resort Rental Agreement. Please contact the Rental Management team for additional information.


INTERNET SERVICE

FIBER INTERNET SUPPORT 833.261.1288

High-speed internet service within Reunion Resort is now provided by a fiber internet provider (Quantum Fiber / AT&T) and is no longer serviced by CenturyLink. Homeowners, tenants, or renters experience technical issues, they should first contact the main support line listed above. This line is available for troubleshooting and general homeowner assistance.

If additional support is needed or issues cannot be resolved, escalating may be directed to a local representative through your management company or referral. For new service requests or to submit a work order, the front desk has advised using the following email contacts: [email protected] and [email protected]. Services, procedures, and response times may vary by property and provider.


CABLE TELEVISION

ADCOMMTV 888-926-5965

DIRECTV cable service is offered via Adcomm TV and included with your monthly homeowners’ association maintenance assessment. The pricing includes 6 HD receivers and whole-home DVR service. Upon calling Adcomm, please mention that you are on the Reunion Resort bulk cable package so that they can better assist you in identifying your account. Upgrades such as movie and sports channels, and additional receivers are available by contacting Adcomm directly by phone or email at [email protected].


PEST CONTROL

Termite control and quarterly pest control applications are included in your monthly homeowners’ association maintenance assessments and are contracted to Home Team Pest Defense. Interior pest control applications as well as service needed between quarterly treatments can be requested by contacting Artemis Lifestyles.

Note: Owners who have placed their unit into the Reunion Rental Program, the Rental Management team will coordinate interior pest control applications as needed. Please contact the Rental Management team for additional information.


WASTE COLLECTION

For condominium owners, there are common dumpsters located within each community. Please be sure to transport your household waste to the dumpsters, as there are currently no door-to-door pickup services. For owners of single family homes, door-to-door pickup services are provided by Advanced Disposal on select days as noted below.

MAIL SERVICE

There are mail delivery kiosks located within each community. For specific locations, please refer to the map below. To obtain your key and the location of your mailbox, please contact Artemis Lifestyles. Private post office box receptacles are also available at the Championsgate UPS Store 407-396-1659 or at the local branch of the US Postal Service 800-275-8777. Please remember, if you do not intend to occupy your unit and are not available to empty the contents of the box frequently, the postal service may return old mail to the sender. To avoid missed mail, remember to place a forward order from your Reunion address to your current mailing address.
