RESERVATION AGREEMENT

This is a non-binding membership application that reserves a membership in Whitemarsh Cove, a Kingwood Residence Club (the “Club”) and in no way obligates the applicant to accept membership committee approval for admittance to the Club.

GENERAL INFORMATION

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

This Membership Application reserves the opportunity to acquire a Membership in the Club pursuant to the Membership initiation fee, as outlined in this section. Membership will be considered upon the receipt of this signed Membership Application, subject to the approval of the Membership Committee, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Club Documents that will be provided following approval by the Membership Committee.

Fully Refundable Membership Deposit: $1,000.00

APPLICANT’S DECLARATION

I certify that the information in this application is true and correct.

I have not been suspended from any other clubs in the past 5 years.I have not been disciplined for objectionable conduct or rules violations at any clubs in the past five years.I have been disciplined for objectionable conduct or rules violations at another club in the past five years and offer the following explanation:

Consent

I hereby certify that the information provided herein is accurate and authorize the Club its affiliates to obtain information, to approve this application, from sources not referred to in this application.

Confidentiality

I acknowledge that operation of the Club involves confidential information and that the Club would suffer damages if this information were inappropriately disclosed to unauthorized third parties. I will not disclose the terms of membership in the Club the names of other Club members or any other confidential or proprietary information regarding the Club and its affiliates to any third person. I will not make any copy of such confidential or proprietary information without the prior written consent of the Club and I will return such confidential or proprietary information to the Club upon request. I agree that a violation of this section will entitle the Club to, in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity, enjoin me in any court of competent jurisdiction for violating or threatening to violate this section and to recover all related costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees).
